For those who long worked at the computer, every 3-4 hours should do this. Hold your thumb and forefinger under the brow above the eyebrows. Gently press and slide up to the end of the eyebrow. The second movement, the thumb stick to closed eyelids, then gently make circular motions.
Turn the eyeball to the right and to the left, then up and down in a clockwise direction. Repeat a few times.
